Avliotes

Avliotes is a village in the North West of Corfu. This is a thriving village with several shops even its own post office , several resturants and bars . The village is typical of Corfu ,very friendly and welcoming , there are two churches and a school , comunity spirit is high and English families live amongst Greek families easily.

Avliotes is 3km from the busy resort of Sidari and 3km from the pretty fishing port of St Stefanos .As you head from Sidari to St Stefanos you have to pass through Avliotes ,high in the mountains there is nothing nicer to stop off at illias taverna and have lunch under the grape vines.
