We can now offer our clients a traditional concrete build from a traditional well known and respected builder from Corfu who can rival the price of a timber framed home.

This builder is tried and tested and can boast a large amount of villas, commercial builds and hotels in the North West of the Island. We ourselves live in a home renovated by him and work from an office built by him.
His square meter age price includes:
1. plans drawn to your design by a fully qualified civil engineer.(architect)
2. Permissions for your build from the municipality.
3. Your build, built in the traditional method which is tried and tested on Corfu.
4. A full bathroom, bath, basin and WC, ¾ tiles to walls.

5. A cloakroom, toilet and basin, (shower extra).
6. A fully fitted kitchen of your choice amounting to 16 foot run.
7. Stainless steel sink and taps.
8. Double glazed windows.
9. Double glazed security front door.
10. 1 set patio doors.
11. all bedrooms will have walk in closets(wardrobes)
12. All floors will be tiled or laminated to your choice.
13. All electrics and plumbing.
14. The soak away system for sewerage.

The Civil
Engineer the builder uses is highly respected and has designed and built
many properties on Corfu. The houses will all conform to earthquake proof standards. The buildings are overseen by the civil engineer throughout the build and at the end checked and signed off.
Here in Corfu it is really safe to have a build and buy land, everything is checked by the lawyer, the civil engineer and the notary. Once the permissions are given you have 5 years before you have to start your build and then you can extend the permissions with a small fee.
